How Deborah Found Her Way to Pilates
Deborah is an avid hiker, runner, and rock climber who also loves ballet. She initially pursued Pilates to complement her outdoor activities and keep her body working properly for all the things she loves doing.
Over the course of her training, she came to appreciate how well Pilates helps us maintain functional movement as we age, and how effective it is for rehabilitating injuries or addressing chronic issues. Turns out, understanding how your body works makes a huge difference in how well it actually works.
What It’s Like to Work With Deborah
Deborah specializes in helping clients bounce back from injuries and surgery. She’s also very experienced with pregnant and postpartum bodies, in other words, bodies that need expert guidance, clear explanation, and plenty of patience.
Her style is engaging, informative, and supportive, with just the right amount of challenge. She loves helping you reach your goals, whether that means:
- Easing nagging, long-term pain
- Recovering more confidently after surgery
- Simply moving better in everyday life
At the core of her work is one belief: the more you understand what’s happening in your body, the better you can take care of it.
