We're Educators, Not Just Instructors
Here, it's just you and someone who actually knows what they're doing. They see everything—how you move, where you're compensating, what needs work. And they can switch up the equipment, the exercises, everything, based on what your body's telling them that day.
But here's the thing: a huge part of the workout is teaching you about how your body actually works. We want you to understand why you're doing what you're doing, so you're using your body correctly—not just going through the motions.
No "hope I'm doing this right." No guessing. Just real learning and real results.
We've Got All the Toys
Reformer. Cadillac. Wunda Chair. Ladder Barrel. Spine Corrector. Resistance bands, magic circles, foam rollers—you name it.
Why does this matter? Because your body isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither should your workout be. Having all this equipment means we can find exactly what clicks for you. Some days you need the reformer. Some days the chair is perfect for what you're working on. We figure it out together.
What to Expect
Honestly? It's pretty chill. Boutique studio, good vibes, solid tunes playing. You walk in, it's just you—no crowd, no audience, no feeling like everyone's watching you struggle.
Your instructor's going to be friendly, actually explain what you're doing and why, and adjust things if something feels off. We're not drill sergeants. We're more like that friend who happens to be really, really good at Pilates and wants to help you feel better.

2. Show Up We'll talk about what's going on with your body, what you want to work on, and what you're hoping to get out of this.
3. Do Your Thing Your instructor will build sessions around you—your goals, your limitations, your pace. They'll teach you what everything is, why you're doing it, and how to do it right.
4. Keep Going (If You Want) After your three sessions, you decide. Keep coming, or don't. No hard sell, no pressure. Just really good Pilates when you want it.
