Why Should I Attend These Workshops?

The better you understand how a part of your body works, the better you are able to change it.

Though we touch on this in our Pilates sessions, spending 90 minutes focusing on these specific areas allows you to dive way deeper into them than you do in a Pilates session.

We'll look at bones, anatomical images, and metaphorical tools to embody a new understanding of how these areas work on a much deeper level.

 What Is The Franklin Method?

The Franklin Method is a highly effective, evidence-based approach to movement education focusing on the body and its function. It has been practiced for some 30 years and taught at numerous illustrious institutions around the globe.

Each class begins with imagery exercises to help you feel present in your body. You will learn the skill of perceiving what you are doing while you do it. You can practice this skill within a yoga pose, while you walk, or even during a conversation. The Franklin Method offers various tools and imagery types, such as anatomical imagery, to enhance your experience and is accessible to anyone with a desire to learn to use their body in a more productive and efficient way.

These workshops are best for movement experts and educators but are beneficial even for total novices. Sign up for one workshop or all four; the more you attend, the more you save!
