Membership Policy

Policies:

1. Membership guarantees you a recurring time slot(s).

2. For non-illness related cancellations, 48 hours notice will be required via email to be eligible for rescheduling. 

3. For illness-related cancellations, we will be requiring 24 hours notice via email to be eligible for rescheduling. If you appear sick at your session, you will be sent home and forfeit the session.

4. Makeup sessions are not guaranteed and subject to availability. Owner memberships with Jessica do not permit makeup sessions due to availability constraints.

5. Due to demand, all sessions 1 month after membership payment process date.

6. Payment will draft automatically on the 1st of each month.

7. Memberships automatically renew at the end of their term.

Membership Cancellation

1. To cancel autopay, you must inform ECP with 14-day written (info@emeraldcitypilates.com) .
