Your first purchase: the New Client Special

Three private sessions with Deborah, a 15-minute goal-setting call, personalized at-home exercises, and full equipment access for $299, saving you over $150. It's the natural first purchase to put your HSA or FSA funds toward, and it's how everyone begins at the studio.

Why Pilates qualifies as healthcare

You already know movement helps. Your HSA and FSA exist for the same reason: taking care of your health before problems get expensive.

The conditions people qualify with are the ones we work with every day:

Chronic low back pain

Osteopenia and bone density concerns

Postpartum recovery, including diastasis recti and pelvic floor rehabilitation

Recovery from injury or surgery

Joint pain that makes daily movement harder than it should be

If any of that sounds like your situation, it's worth five minutes to find out.
